FAQ: Why do other counties cost more?

I regularly work in RivCo & SB County and have already invested the time learning the unique demands and expectations of each one. Each county is different and will take more research & effort to ensure that you have a flawless self-close.

  • Additional hours: $300.00 USD per hour
  • Partial hours will be rounded up to the nearest half hour and be prorated at $150.00 USD.
  • Example #1: If it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to fulfill your service request, you will be invoiced for $150.00 USD.

Hi there! I’m Tabitha, and welcome to Self-Close Expert Land Consulting! I’ve been in real estate investing since 2015, starting with partnering with REI veterans to flip houses part-time. In 2020, I left my full-time job as a General Manager of an ISP in Joshua Tree, CA, to transition full-time into land investing with my partner & co-founder, Paul. We started American Wildlands LLC in 2019, focusing on California’s San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Considering most of San Bernardino County consists of desert squares, self-closing deals often makes the most sense to maximize profits. Initially, self-closing was very difficult for me. I asked many people for guidance, but no one had complete answers. Through a lot of trial and error, and spending time and money, I finally got it right.

In hindsight, I wish I could have hired someone to ensure my first self-close was done correctly (spoiler alert: it wasn’t 😭). But you don’t have to suffer like I did. Self-close your deal with confidence and peace of mind!

Terms of Service Agreement

I like transparency. I like it when everything is clearly laid out with no surprises. I was raised by, and continue to live by, the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you wish to be done towards you.” 

At the end of your free consultation, I will provide you with a quote for the estimated time and total cost of your service request. 

Upon verbal agreement to the estimates, you will then be emailed a Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). It will come via SignNow, and the document is to be digitally signed. You do not need a SignNow account, and it’s super simple to complete with just a few clicks.
